As a person who is happy to admit they are a sucker for pretty displays and aesthetically pleasing stores, I have worked hard to ensure our products are not only functional and hand for everyday life, but beautiful in nature. We love partnering with stores who share a similar outlook, love supporting small businesses, and find joy in the native flora and fauna our gorgeous country has to offer.
SMALL ORDER MINIMUMS

$80.00 minimum opening orders
$50.00 minimum restock orders

With strictly no minimum order quantities on any of our products!
SPEEDY TURN AROUND TIMES
​
All wholesale orders are processed within 1-3 business days post receipt of payment, and depending on product availability.
All orders are sent efficiently with Australia Post.
​
GREAT PAYMENT TERMS
​
Net 30 days payment terms are extend to our existing retailers with 3 or more previous orders with us.

STOCKIST INFORMATION
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
$80.00 minimum for opening orders
$50.00 minimum for all restock orders

We do not require stockists to order set quantities of our products. Orders may be placed via email or over the phone. All orders purchased are required to be paid in full prior to shipment.
Net 30 days payment terms may extend to our existing retailers with orders via emails.
No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made.
ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days of order placement, however this does depend on product availability and receiving payment authorisation.
In the event that an item is currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible with a revised turnaround.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our studio in Echuca, Victoria via Australia Post. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the retailer, calculated based on the total weight of your order.
All orders over $400.00 AUD will receive complimentary shipping. International shipping is able to be discussed at the time of ordering.​​

PRE-ORDERS
​
Some items such as annual Calendars and Planners will be available for pre-order with an estimated ship date. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped in full when said items are in stock.
If you would like your order to be shipped as items are available, additional shipping charges will apply. Please let us know at the time of ordering should you wish your items to be shipped separately.

OUT OF STOCK
​
Occasionally items you order may be out of stock. We will notify you of any items that are out of stock as soon as possible, and will ship all in-stock items.
Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
​
Any cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept the return of unsold merchandise.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS

By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to all of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cease business with any stockist who fails to comply with our policies. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
